An assembly and aging integrated production line combines assembly stations and power-on aging stations on one continuous line. Finished products flow directly into the aging section without being moved off the line, saving the labor of transferring and re-loading.
The aging section follows a power-on aging standard. Products stay powered throughout the process. Voltage steps from low voltage, to normal voltage, to high voltage, with an impulse stage, then enters a roaming aging zone while remaining energized. The line is sectioned for aging, fitted with isolation transformers, and controlled through a touch-screen HMI for setting aging duration and monitoring current and voltage.
The benefits are clear: less labor, because assembled products move automatically into aging; less floor space, because assembly and aging share one line; and easier traceability of where each product is and how long it has been energized.
It suits LED lighting, power adapters, small appliances, motors and chargers that need power-on aging right after assembly. Zhenxi Automation (Huizhou) builds it non-standard to your process, aging duration and target capacity.
